We will diagnose, access, and resolve drainage issues on-site. After completion, we provide a detailed report including findings, images, and recommendations, ensuring a smooth process with your insurers.

Maintenance Contracts

We’ve got your properties covered. We offer a full maintenance contract for commercial properties, including yearly or six-monthly planned maintenance works. Having a maintenance contract in place helps prevent potential issues from arising, such as blockages that could disrupt normal business operations. Our services include high-pressure water jetting and mechanical cleaning of all external drainage, basins, and urinals within the building. We also mechanically descale soil pipes and periodically conduct CCTV surveys of all drainage systems to ensure no issues are developing.

What’s included.

Mechanical Machinery & Cabling:

Our advanced mechanical machinery and cabling systems are designed to handle even the toughest drainage issues. These tools allow us to efficiently clear blockages and repair pipes without extensive excavation, ensuring minimal disruption to your property.

High Pressure Water Jetting & Unblocking:

High-pressure water jetting is a powerful technique used to clear stubborn blockages and clean pipes. This method uses highly pressurised water to break down debris, grease, and other obstructions, restoring optimal flow in your drainage system.

CCTV Cameras:

We use state-of-the-art CCTV cameras for detailed inspections of your drainage system. These cameras provide high-definition images, allowing us to accurately diagnose blockages, leaks, and structural issues within the pipes.

Patch Lining:

Patch lining is a targeted repair technique used to fix small sections of damaged pipes. This method involves placing a resin-soaked liner over the damaged area, which then hardens to form a durable, watertight seal.

Inversion Lining:

Inversion lining is a trenchless repair method used for larger sections of damaged pipes. A resin-impregnated liner is inverted into the damaged pipe using water or air pressure, creating a seamless, robust new pipe within the old one.

Picote Cutters:

Picote cutters are specialised tools designed to remove tough blockages and clean pipes. These high-speed rotating cutters can effectively cut through roots, scale, and other hard obstructions, ensuring a clear and functional drainage system.

Rodding:

Rodding involves using flexible rods to manually clear blockages in pipes. This traditional method is effective for dislodging debris and restoring flow in smaller or more accessible sections of the drainage system.
